One dies in wall collapse
Srinagar: One person died when he came under a wall that collapsed over him while he was cleaning his house in Srinagar, a police official said.
"Sajad Ahmad Kand of Kand Mohalla, Dal Lake, was injured when a wall collapsed over him while cleaning his house. He was shifted to SMHS hospital, Srinagar for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries," the official added.
After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his family members for last rites.
