Curfew like restrictions in 6 police stations in Srinagar City on Wednesday.

SRINAGAR, November 04: In view of the prevailing situation in the Valley, authorities have decided to
impose curfew in six police station  areas in Srinagar city on Wednesday.
An official of District Srinagar administration said that there will be strict restrictions on the movement of people in Khanyar, Nowhatta, Mahraj Gunj, Rainawari, Safakadal and Nowgam police station areas.

“The decision to impose restrictions
has been taken in view of the prevailing law and order situation in Srinagar,” he said.

Meanwhile, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Rohit Kansal, Director General Police K Rajendra, Inspector General Police Kashmir A G Mir, Dy.
Commissioner Srinagar Farooq Ahmad Shah and SSP Srinagar,
Amit Kumar visited Zadibal area to monitor the arrangements made for Muharram procession.
