Pak violates ceasefire in J&K's Uri sector, one civilian dead

Srinagar: Pakistan on Saturday evening violated ceasefire in Kamalkot area of Uri sector in
Jammu and Kashmir. Reportedly, one woman was killed in the unprovoked firing.

"One woman was killed when the Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked firing. They used
automatic and light weapons to target Indian positions without any provocation," IANS reported as quoting a police officer.

Yesterday, the Indian Army on Friday foiled an infiltration bid in Pallanwala sector of Jammu and
Kashmir. In the attempt to keep the infiltrators from crossing over to the border one jawan was injured.
