Youths' killings avoidable, such incidents vitiate poll atmosphere: Omar Abdullah

Srinagar: A day after two youths were killed in Budgam district, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday said that such incidents “vitiate the poll atmosphere”.

Omar took to Twitter today and condemned the killings and said that such incidents do not have a place in the improving security situation of the state where militancy incidents are at a record low level.
He also said that the incident has vitiated the poll atmosphere of the state which is still recovering from the massive destruction caused by floods that took place last month.
